I got two emails, a confirmation email and a reminder email that my test was on June 1st at 2:45p. When I arrived early as suggested in the email. The testing site was closed. I looked online and they are not open on Saturdays . If that is the case why was I able to pay and get confirmation of my testing date. Why is this not updated in your system. I should not have been able to sign up for this date. I do not feel I should be penalized because this was an error on your part. I would like to take my test on Monday at 3:00p. I dot not live on the same side of town as this testing site. It took at lot to get to the location. I am greatly disappointed in this oversight.
