I can confirm that you are rescheduled for your exam 7/8/2024. 

Please enter your information as you are registering and once you are redirected into the Exam Center on Webassessor.com you will be able to access your exam launch button.

The website is still undergoing maintenance and will add this to our list of things that need to be fixed.

Dear support team, I was scheduled to take the test today July 5 at 4.00 AM EST and I logged into the HUD site using the link https://www.hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov/user/333786. However, there was no button which should say "launch exam" instead it said "you are not registered for exam" and there was this blue button which said "begin exam registration". I also got a pop-up on my screen that the site is under maintenance and not sure if the problem occurred because of the downtime. I had a chat with the Kryterion chat support and also sent them several screenshots of what I have on my screen. After spending more than an hour, they were unable to help and asked to contact you directly. this is what they said "Apafia: Thank you for your patience.Due to the policies set by your test sponsor, we are unable to assist you with this issue; you will need to contact your testing sponsor, Ajanta , directly. For your convenience, I have provided the contact details for the Ajanta support team below. Be sure to provide as much information as possible to your test sponsor, as this will allow for a quicker resolution. Ajanta Contact Information: www.hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov/support" Now, I am stuck and need help with this. Please contact me at my email - aaidoo@hpnj.us or phone - 201-404-5152 to resolve this.
