Ticket from Amy Bolt - HECM Exam

Hello, I reached out last week about having issues with the HECM Exam. I did not receive a response directly but I did receive an email stating my Exam was rescheduled: New Schedule: Date: 12 July 2024, Time: 11:45. This is still not showing here on your site. My certification expires on the 13th and need this Exam completed before then. I see the site is still showing as being under maintenance when the webpage is first opened. Please assist in making sure my Exam is properly scheduled and available through your site, hopefully at an earlier date than the one mentioned above. Your attention to this important, time sensitive matter is greatly appreciated.
