I was originally scheduled to take the exam certification on July 1, 2024 at 17:30, but I was unable to access the exam after completing the exam registration. I recently received an email notification that my exam was rescheduled to July 12, 2024 at 17:30. However, on the website, it says that I am not scheduled for an exam and that I need to begin exam registration. Please direct me as to what I need to do to resolve this matter so that I will not have any issues on exam day. Also, I do need to reschedule the exam as I am unable to keep that date and time.
