Good morning. Friday 7/12 I took an online proctored HUD Counselor test and PASSED. However, I am not able to get that certificate AND your link with the PIV code is stating that there is no certificate there.
I received an email from 'sfadmin@hud.gov' the file attached requested me to open it with Google Wallet ??? What the heck!
I REALLY need to get this resolved. I need this certificate for my employer and to do my job. Please help me get this resolved TODAY!!! thank you
