I am attempting to obtain my HUD certification, as I passed my written exam last week. It is requiring a two factor verification code, but it will not send me such code. I have reached out to the HUD support email provided at the end of the login screen to which I was sent an immediate response back stating the email address was nonexistent. Any guidance on how to access my account would be greatly appreciated. Prior to setting up my two factor verification, it was asking me for an Exam ID, which I did not have. The email I received with directions on how to obtain my certification states that after I follow the screen prompts, I will be given this exam ID. However, when I actually follow the prompts given to me by HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov, one of the first requirements is to type in my Exam ID.
