Hello,

Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in.

Exam registration, cancellations, and changes are handled through your account on HUDHousingCounselors.com.

To change your exam delivery type, sign in and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps under Reschedule an Exam to cancel your scheduled exam (the exam purchase will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to register for a new exam.

Be sure to review the No Shows and Cancellations Policy prior to making changes.

I am locked out of HUD and every time it sent me an email to reset that password they send doesn’t work can someone help me with this? Also I am schedule to take my exam on 8/21/2024 and I have been extremely busy this month so I went on Kryterion to reschedule for a week later which would be 8/28/2024 and discovery although ai pay there was some type of but in you system that did not register me so I am having to wait for Kryterion to get back with me. By email can some one please help me with this? I would like to reschedule my test for 8/28/2024 for later if not later. Thank you . Below is my personal email address.
