It will not allow me to access my account. I was able to access my account last week with no problem. Now it says I need to contact support. I also can't locate my exam # in order to transfer my results for my testing to get my certificate.

Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked.
