Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in.

I was unable to take my exam due my account saying I need to contact support to reset access. I tried resetting my password, but it also doesn't allow me to do that.
