Support has disabled your two factor authentication. You will need to set it up again, but please be sure to follow the instructions on how to set it up properly so that you are able to log in in the future.

Below are two links to two of the authenticators that will work with the required Two Factor Authentication to log into your account. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

TO Whom It May Concern: Good morning. My name is Manuel A Sidney, and I have been trying to log in for the HUD Certification training and every time I do something is depriving me from logging in. Would you please help me with this inconvenience? I am extremely interested in this certification. Many thanks for your assistance. Perhaps your system is not recognizing both computers the at home and the other from work. that might be the issue.
