I tried sending the following update via email:
Attached is my confirmation email from 8/23/24 with price and grand total omitted (See bottom of page 2 and top of page 3).
I attempted the second option as well but nowhere is there a ‘Receipts’ option in the blue header (please see attached screenshot).
Please advise of another option.

Once you are in your user dashboard there may be a "Launch Exam" button at the top of your screen. Click that button and it should send you to the following page where there is a blue receipts tab.
