Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I still have not received my results from my HECM exam that I took on 9/14/24. Please see the message below. Also, I submitted another support ticket for another issue: I cannot log in to my account. Original Message: I recently took the HECM exam on Saturday, September 14th. I never received an email with my results and/or what topics needed more focus/study time.
