I have attempted to set up TWO-STEP AUTHENTICATION as required on my DESKTOP without avail. The instructions for downloading app on my device are not clear enough to complete, even after over 30min of trying to figure out. More direct or detailed assistance is requested at this time so that I can proceed without further hinderance. thank you.

Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
