Hi. I am reaching out to request assistance with accessing my account. When I attempt to login I get an error message asking me to contact support for help with resetting my account. I think the issue may be related to Two-Step Authentication which I did not get a chance to set up on the account because the instructions on the step were not entirely clear.

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
