Hi,
This is probably the third ticket that I have sent concerning this issue. And there have been more developments in the training materials
Closing Costs in module two in the interactive training still say 3-4%. The feedback for the knowledge checks give 3-4% as the correct answer. But the answers to the knowledge checks show the 2-6% range. For example the first knowledge check asks for the highest someone might have to pay in closing costs on a 90,000 home. The answer is 5,400 dollars or 6%. The feedback that is given when you answer correctly states, "Correct! Closing costs are typically 3-4% of the price of the home."
Can you PLEASE clarify which range, 3-4% or 2-6% is correct on the exam?
