Ticket from Andrea Davis - User Account

Hello, I do not know what else to do about this situation. The last link you sent me, last Thursday 10/10/24, I did not do it alone. I asked our IT network administrator to help me, and he couldn’t do it either. I am being redirected to a general Microsoft informational page that leads nowhere. I honestly don’t understand why after so many tickets and phone calls that lead to no help at all, nobody can give me a call back and spend two minutes helping me to address this issue or just send me a QR code to scan to add my Hud account and regain access to my account.
