Support is unsure what you mean by changing a phone number. The authentication code comes through on an authenticator app that was downloaded and set up at the time of Two Factor Authentication set up.
If you need support to deactivate you two factor authentication, we can do so, please note that currently the ability to set the authentication up is not working and you will be able to set the authentication up when the issue has been resolved.
Otherwise, if you have an authenticator app downloaded, you will be able to log into your account with the code it generates.
