Good Morning,
I have been studying for the exam for weeks. I contacted support last month to let them know none of my studying or assessments were being tracked or saved. They stated they knew it was occuring and would be fixing it. However, this morning when I attempted to schedule my exam it is still stating that I need to finish my knowledge assessment and I have. Please provide me with assistance as I would like to schedule my exam for dec. 10th. Thank you
