Dear Jeanette,

The two-factor authentication code is generated in the authenticator app that would have been downloaded at the time of set up.

Support can disable the TFA authentication on your account so that you are able to access it.

Please advise on what you would prefer to do.

When I try to sign in, I am never sent a code for the second step in the 2-step verification process. Please advise what I can do. I am trying to log in so that I can register to take the exam.
