Training - No Visuals

Caller stated she could not see the main visuals of the training. "Menu," "Resources," "Glossary" and "Help" all appeared, as well as the progress bar (which filled in), but nothing else appeared.
Caller said she had been watching the training the day before and it had worked then.
Caller said when she opened the training, a "little blue box" would appear. The caller either knew or assumed the box was asking if she wanted to resume where she left off. Whatever labeling the box had did not appear to work either; she would click on the box but then nothing would happen.
Support led caller to the technical requirements and Caller was going to try to update Flash in an effort to get things working. Support said they would speak with the technical team to see if they could determine the issue.
