We do not charge for training under this website, all the training is free to all that have an account. If you have records that show training that was paid for, we can forward that information to HUD for review.

Follow-Up on HUD Housing Counselors Training Access – Request for Resolution Dear HUD Housing Counselors Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding the training I paid for in 2023 through the HUD Housing Counselors portal. Unfortunately, I was never able to access the course or take the certification test due to not receiving the appropriate login credentials or access email. Despite reaching out at the time to report the issue, I was told I would need to pay for another class. This was frustrating, as I had already paid, and no one provided the correct access information. The link I did receive was not valid. I also attempted to get assistance from Kryton, but unfortunately, I found that effort unhelpful, as they did not provide the support or resolution I needed. It felt like they did not fulfill what they were hired to do. Given that I paid for a service I was never able to access or complete, I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed. I would appreciate being granted access to the training I originally paid for, or alternatively, a credit or refund. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.
