Hello,
I have been locked out of my account. It also was prompting me to use the authenticator but I had been doing that and it never gave me the authenticator prompt when trying to log in. Do I need sign up to use the authenticator again?

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
