Hello there. I am trying to register for the HUD exam to take on behalf of my organization, but whenever I try to register for the exam, it would require me to re-login even though I'm already logged in. Then when I try to log in, I get an error message saying "Contact support to reset your access". I have tried changing my password as well, but when I click on the link to change my password, I would get the same error message stating "Contact support to reset your access". Would you please be able to help me reset my account so that I can register for the exam as soon as possible?

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
