Dear Kevin,

Support suggests on your authenticator to add your work email, so it is able to recognize the code once received. However, if there are firewalls or any security systems from your work it may not allow you to access the needed information.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
