I would like to submit my application for HECM cert, but when I log in, it ask for a code from a phone. Whatever phone number the code is getting sent to, is not my number. I need to change the phone number the code is getting sent to, so I can log in to my account.

Hello,
The TFA code does NOT go to a cell phone number as a text message or phone call. You must download and set up a authenticator of your choosing to receive the code. Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I still cannot log in to my account. I get past username and password, and the screen IMMEDIATELY goes to "Verify with your phone", "A code was sent to your phone. Enter the code below to verify" "Carrier messaging charges may apply"
I have the google authenticator on my phone, but there is no QR code to scan to add FHA Connect to my app.
