I was scheduled to take the HECM exam this morning at 9:30 a.m. but was unable to access the exam. Kryterion attempted to get me access but I continued to get the message –
Contact support to reset
I am to access my HUD account page. My login is my email – jjoyce@nhsmass.org. My password was correct and the message that I got when I tried logging in wasn’t incorrect password but that “support” had to be contacted. There is no other mechanism to reach out to fix this issue other than email – so I could not take the test today as planned.
Please let me know what I have to do to reset my login.
