Dear Madeline,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Support suggests deleting your account on the authenticator app or adding the account again in order for the code to work.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Hello, my name is Madeline Morales. I'm calling from Spanish collision for housing. I'm a HUD certified counselor and I'm trying to access the HUD housing counselor website so that I can take the heck of exam and it's not accepting my password or my username I went through the two step verification authentication codes and it's not again.
