Dear Marie,

Please be aware your password does not need to be reset you must set up TFA on your account. Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I need access to my account. I tried reseting my password several times. It says my email is valid but then I am not seeing a prompt to reset. It said I needed to contact a site administrator at one point and stopped sending emails to reset. I put in a ticket.
