Hello, my account was reset, and I have downloaded the Microsoft authenticator however when I go to login to my hud account it is not proving me with a QR code to scan to add it to the authenticator.

Dear Angela,
Support suggests adding your HUD account to the authenticator first by clicking the + sign or clicking the lines on the corner. Once completed you will then login to your HUD account which will indicate to set up application and that will provide you with a QR code to scan from your phone or generate a 6-digit code. Please close all browsers and windows and clearing your cache before trying the process again.
