Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

I want a refund and my test escheduled. This is unbelievable how difficult this systme has made it to take a test, then block you. No tech support, vague instructions when your not an IT person.
