Dear Joyce,

Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked. Support does not have access to your previous passwords nor provide any password. Your account does indicate that you have skipped an attempt to set up 2 factor authentication.

For some reason I am denied access to my log in account for HUD Housing Counselors Exam. Each time I exit , I am instrucetd to change pass words. I do not want to change my pas word a 3rd time. Can you please send me my last password? apparently, I entered a different password for Exchange. Now I can not log in there either, Please help? I would like to speak with a live person.
