Original Message: I have both the Microsoft and Google Authenticator apps. Neither will let me add my HUD account without a QR code. I cannot access my account without the two step verification and the link you sent about just clicking the + icon and adding my hud account doesn't work. It keeps asking for a code or QR code. Reply: Dear Alexandria, Please be advised any links sent will not be valid as you will need to simultaneously have the app open along with the window open to log into your HUD account. Please clear your cache, close any open exiting windows or browsers you may have open. Once you have your HUD account open login and then it will give you a Reset Application link that you must click on the generate the QR code need to scan or the 6-digit code from your HUD account.
