Dear Tonya,

Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked. If you have already set up your 2-factor authenticator previously, when asked for the code again upon logging into your HUD account you will open your Authenticator app and this will generate the 6-digit code. If you have not set up your 2-step authenticator you will need to follow the instructions below.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I can't get into my account. It keeps asking for a code. It is asking for a 2 factor authentication code.
