Unable to log into my account to schedule my HECM exam. I have tried the forgot password option, and an email is then sent with a link to reset the password, but that link only takes me to the HUD Housing Counselors website, where it then redirects me to contact support at 210-489-1461. I called the phone number provided, and the recording states to submit a ticket. I need a access to my account to schedule my HECM exam.
