Hi, I'm trying to submit my HECM passing exam score FHAC but when i entered the phone number, i keep getting and error message. I've entered 1-714-490-1250; 17144901250 and 1714-490-1250 all format get the same error message. "Error transmitting result: (1)phone_no must be 10 numerical characters. (2) phone_No must be numeric
