I've been trying to log in to take my exam for two days, and I keep getting this warning that I need to download the security browser.
I've downloaded the security browser four times, and I'm still having trouble logging in.
I'd like you to please help me resolve this problem so I can take my exam.

If you experience issues with exam set up, launch, or during your exam, contact Kryterion Support immediately:
Candidates may experience long wait times for support during times of high volume. If your exam times out while you are waiting for support, Kryterion should reschedule you at no charge.
