Hi, good morning, my name is Gloria. I called yesterday and left a voicemail asking about how to make sure that the code from Google Authenticator is generated. I understand that the code is to be generated. I understand I need to open up my app, it isn't generating so clearly there's something wrong. But today I went back in to try to log in and now it will not move past the login page. So I'm wondering if my profile is locked out or if there's something else going on. I also attempted to submit a ticket electronically online and that when I hit submit it doesn't go through either. So my phone number is 612-916-4346. My username is capital G capital G capital IN AM AGUA. Thank you.

Dear Gloria,
Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Once you have opened and logged into your HUD account you will be asked to Set up application as a link. Click the link to scan the QR code to set up your TFA.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
