Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. If you have already set up TFA previously, you will login to your HUD account. Once prompted to enter the 6-digit code you will simply open the authenticator and enter your 6-digit code generated by the authenticator app.
