Dear Taleah

If you have already set up TFA anything you log into your HUD account, you will simply open the authenticator, and this will generate the code you need to enter into the HUD account. If you have not set up the 2-factor authenticator you will continue to get locked out simply click the Set up application on your HUD account to set this up.

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

TFA instructions provided 

I have set up 2 factor Authenticator and keep getting locked out. I am unable to log into my account and is telling me to contact support.
