Dear Jaenene,

Support has reset your account. Please be advised since you have already set up your 2-factor authenticator when you login to your HUD account, once prompted to enter the 6-digit code you will simply open your authenticator app that you had previously downloaded, and this will generate the code needed to enter into your HUD account.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
