yes i am unable to log into my hud housing counselor account i'm trying to take the exam or register for the exam and it just keeps blocking me and blocking me my name is jeffrey the last name is cook KOCH my phone number is 8472084406847208 4406 and i had submitted the support ticket but it didn't bring anything closer to resolution so i'm getting very very frustrated all i want to do is take the darn exam so if somebody could help me that would be a huge help and my email is jeff.cookkoch.scribbler@gmail.com thank you

Dear Jeffery,
Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked. If you have previously set up TFA you will simply log into your HUD account and once prompt for the 6-digit code, you will open the authenticator app you have downloaded,, and this will generate the code need to enter into your HUD account.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
