Dear Rosabla,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Once you have downloaded the app login to your HUD account and click the link Set Up application.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Hi, I need to schedule my exam for the Certified HUD Housing Counselors.  They system says I'm locked out.  I'm hoping to schedule for this Friday.  Are you able to assist?
