Thank you for informing us of the issue you are experiencing. To better enable us to resolve the issue, please provide more information by updating this ticket via the link at the bottom of this message. Support needs more information as to where the dead link is occurring. Are you able complete the registration form on the HUD website? Or is the dead link when you are registering on the Kryterion/Webassessor website when choosing the type of exam?

Ticket closed no response

I have made multiple attempts to register for the HUD exam online, only to reach dead links each time. I’ve logged out, and logged back in, and used the dual app only to get to the registration page and receive the following message when I click the hyperlinked “online” option. Please advise. Also, the calculator does not work in either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome Browser. I would really like to certify to become a counselor, please assist ASAP. Thank you!
