Final Response Notes
Exam agreement/ and cancellation/reschedule information provided
I had registered for a HUD Housing Counseling exam set for July 29, 2025. The morning of the 29th, I realized I had accidentally registered for the Spanish language test, but after contacting support, I was told I was too late to reschedule. Therefore, I just missed the exam.
I would now like to reschedule at the discounted rate, but when I click the link to reschedule, that site is not working. Is there a way for me to re-book the test at the re-take rate?
Thank you for your help!

I left a message via the contact number and received an email reply from the info@hudhousingcounselors.com email address. They did not include their name. This was on the morning of July 29, 2025. I can forward the email or share screenshots if you can share a way to do this.
I also contacted Kryterion via their web chatbot, but they confirmed that no changes could be made within 24 hours before the test and referred me back to HUD for further assistance.

Hello, So, just to be clear,…
Hello,
So, just to be clear, even though I reached out the morning of my test to flag the issue and was not told about the option to reschedule for $85 at that time, I will now have to re-book the test at the $100 rate?
