I am trying to access my account to reschedule my exam. It is saying I have to contact support to reset my account. Please help me so I can get in to reschedule my exam that is scheduled for August 19, 2025.

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
