Hi, my name is Elizabeth Stark STARK and I was registered to take the HUD Housing Counseling exam this morning, July 29th at 11:00 AM. However, when I reviewed my confirmation e-mail, I realized that I had accidentally registered for a Spanish language test instead of. What I need is English language, so I am wondering if there's a way to change it or to register for an English language test instead.

On Thursday, July 24, I took my test at the South Plainfield location, and I would like to report and complain because, halfway through the test, the internet started interrupting every 2 minutes, displaying an error message stating that the internet was unavailable. This constant disruption significantly impacted my ability to concentrate and perform well. I had to stand up from my place and talk with the lady, and she explained to me that she needed to contact the web ambassador to resolve the issue. But they couldn't do it.

When I logged into my account I was asked to change my password. I did so and was told it updated successfully. I tried logging back in to my account, and received a message saying I need to contact support to reset my access. I am trying to study as well as register to take the exam ASAP. Thank you
