Hi, I'm trying to transfer my exam results to FHA Connections and I'm getting an error - Error transmitting results: [1]ADDR_STREET may not be longer than 30 characters. [2]ADDR_ATTN may not be longer than 30 characters.- But I'm not adding my address and I don't see the option to update my profile. I need assistance with that, please. Thank you Joselyn Romero

I am having trouble logging in and was prompted to reset my password. Once I request to have the password reset and I click the link to reset that password I am prompted to contact support for further assistance. I have tried to delete my cache and cookies and retry this process, but unfortunately, I am still having trouble signing into my account.

Certification Exam

I have made multiple attempts to register for the HUD exam online, only to reach dead links each time. I’ve logged out, and logged back in, and used the dual app only to get to the registration page and receive the following message when I click the hyperlinked “online” option. Please advise. Also, the calculator does not work in either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome Browser. I would really like to certify to become a counselor, please assist ASAP. Thank you!

Hello, I am tryiing to access my user account to log on and check results of my HUD Housing Counselor test and It says to request a reset of my account. I will not be in the Office until Monday July 28th but do wish to have my account reset before then. Please let me know how to proceed. Kindly, Gayla Mellen
