I'm having trouble resetting my password

Can not access my HUD account due to is not providing me the 2nd authenticator number as it has before therefore I can't schedule the exam nor access the account. Please help with this matter ASAP Thank you, Delores Funk

I am still unable to get through to the authenticator. Our organization's Program Specialist also tried to assist me and was unsuccessful. We also contacted 800-877-8339 and a representative was unable to help us. I downloaded the Microsoft Authenticator, several ones and none of them worked. Need someone to contact us on 443-303-3948.

Hello, I am having issues studying for the housing certification exam. Is there any way for me to receive a practice exam with a passing score or the end results explain where I need to study more? Everything is vague and does not offer assistance.

I cannot log on to my account due to a required 2 step authentication. I dont have access to get the 2 step authentication so I cannot obtain a verification code.

It says to contact support to gain access to account. I need to sign up for HECM exam again. Thank you.
