Hello, I just had a question about preparing my laptop for my upcoming exam. I've down the biometric step and took a picture of myself, when I go install the new secure browser in order to launch your online proctored exam, it will download but prompt me to re-download it when I reload the page. I was wondering if there is anything else I should be doing to prepare my laptop?

I selected three different test dates, and I haven't received any confirmation yet. The first date I requested was this coming Friday, the 7th. I'm also disabled, and I would need help setting up my computer at home for the online test. I would appreciate any help you can provide to me before the test. Thank you,
