I was approved for a loan modification by my mortgage company on 01/24/25 then on 01/28/25 they said they pulled back the modification because they had not pulled title. They want me to change the title to a trust deed. My authenticator login for my HUD account was deleted by IT because we got everything put onto our personal phones. I do not know how to re-add this onto my Microsoft authentication app. I need a QR code to add it or the information to add it.
